WHO IS HOLLY?

BIOGRAPHY.

Holly, born 2001, is based in the South West of England. She began her formal acting training at theSomerset Performance Arts Centre of Education in 2017, where she graduated in 2019 with three Distinction*’s. This led her to pursuing a degree in BA(Hons) Acting & Performance at The University for the Creative Arts where she graduated with a [insert degree here].

With experience in TIE (Theatre in Education) from touring schools in the South West, one of Holly’s passions lies in leaving an impact on the audience. This means the idea that someone can walk away from a production with a new opinion, or point of view, is what excites Holly about performing.

Drawn towards comedic roles, Holly understands the power and joy of making an audience laugh. She has experience in improvisation, having worked with Jonah Fazel to create an improvised comic piece of theatre. She has also had many opportunities to be the comedic relief, from playing Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream to devising her very own stand-up performance.

Holly aspires to become a full-time performer, may it be touring with a company, being on a screen, or even working on her own work. At the moment Holly is creating a devised piece of theatre, combining fairy tale story telling, a talking microwave and drug addiction into a 20 minute performance.
